Hello! I'm Ashley, the founder of Havenhaus LLC.

In 2020, I began operating my first long-term rental. It didn't take long for me to realize that it was not going to be the passive investment I had hoped for; I was dealing with frequent phone calls and maintenance requests, tenants breaking the rules, late rent payments and a number of other issues. I subsequently created Havenhaus LLC to help landlords avoid similar situations.

My goals are to:

Partner with landlords to help them obtain a 100% passive income stream.
Provide my short-term guests a stress-free, luxury stay.
