Havenhaus LLC will sign a lease with you, professionally design and furnish the property, and host our highly-rated corporate clients on a short-term basis. We handle all regular maintenance, professional cleanings, and guest communications.

What This Means for You:

We handle all minor repairs, regular maintenance, and professional cleanings. This becomes a completely passive investment for you.

We hope to be the last tenant you sign a lease with - we plan to run a successful business for years to come. No more vacancies.

We will be the first to look at any new properties you acquire. We'll also be the first to put an offer on any properties you decide to sell in the future.

You will never have to deal with evictions or tenants refusing to leave the property. Our guests will not be signing a lease; therefore, they will have no tenant rights.

The wear and tear caused by tenants moving in and out repeatedly every 1-2 years will be eliminated. We'll set up the property professionally one time and then stay for years to come.

You will be immediately notified of any major issues such as a leaky pipe, damaged roof, etc. Additionally, we will manage the repair process on your behalf with your preferred contractor.
